Bright Connections Behavioral is looking for compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide trauma-informed, play-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental disabilities—offering meaningful support to families in our community.
What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your sessions will be guided by evidence-based practices and filled with opportunities to play, connect, and teach essential life skills in natural and supportive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), in the clinic, home, and/or community settings
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate regularly with BCBAs and other team members
- Implement behavior support and skill acquisition plans with fidelity
- Maintain a compassionate and professional relationship with clients and families
- Attend staff meetings and ongoing training
- Ensure ethical and quality service aligned with BACB standards
?Qualifications
- Must have current RBT certification (or be willing to complete the RBT training and certification process)
- High school diploma required; some college or related coursework in psychology, education, or child development preferred
- Passion for working with children and families
- Excellent communication, reliability, and time-management skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
