Full-time Member Service Representative-Lead in West Salem

1st CCU is accepting applications for a Member Service Representative-Lead (MSR-Lead) to work in our West Salem office. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. The MSR-Lead plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional service and acting as a resource for the Member Service team.  This position is responsible for assisting with operations of the Member Service area by providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed. Resolves complex member issues, handles escalations, provides training to new team members and ongoing training to MSR staff.  In addition, this role performs a full range of member service duties including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and promoting credit union products and services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Two years of banking experience required. Proven sales experience required. Ability to lead/train individuals preferred. This is a great opportunity for a team-oriented individual.
