Full-time Member Service Representative - Lead in Sparta

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding member service and mentoring a fantastic team? 1st CCU is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative-Lead (MSR-Lead) to work in our Sparta office. As the MSR-Lead you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring our members receive the highest level of service, assisting with training and supporting, and contributing to the overall success of the branch. This position opens new accounts, processes transactions, promotes credit union products and services, and is responsible for resolving complex member concerns and escalated service issues. Two years of financial experience required. Proven sales experience required. Ability to lead/train individuals preferred. This is a great opportunity for a team-oriented individual who is looking to take the next step in their career!  Excellent communication skills, computer and office machine knowledge, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently and effectively. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
