Full-Time Member Service Representative-Lead (40 Hrs/Week) - Sparta
1st Community Credit Union is accepting applications to fill a Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Member Service Representative Lead position in our Sparta office. This position supports the MSR team and works alongside the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. We are looking for someone with leadership qualities and desire to grow professionally. Some of the day to day activities includes ensuring the member service area operates efficiently, guide and mentor employees, assist with member transactions and needs, and help with complex member matters. A high school diploma is required and two years of banking and sales experience.
