The Job Coach is responsible for training and providing supports to assigned individuals at community work sites and in a classroom setting. This person breaks tasks down to achievable components as they instruct and guide participants in general skills that will lead to employment. The job coach also evaluates job performances to make recommendations concerning goals and objectives. Successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and/or weekend hours
